CERTIFICATION MAINTENANCE RE-UP
Many CPIMs and CFPIMs are due for their 5-year
recertification. In order to maintain your certification,
you must update your Professional Development Journal, and
submit it with your Certification Maintenance application
and $75 or $150 application processing fee by your deadline.
Going forward, reminders will be communicated on a monthly
basis, however, Society is currently catching up on some
past-due reminders. They have implemented the following two
campaigns:
1. A "Suspension Reminder Email" was sent to 5700 target
candidates on 4/7/08 reminding them of their certification
suspension date. This was targeted to individuals with a
pending suspension date between March 2008 - April 2009. We
will follow up this email campaign with a direct mail
campaign with the same messaging and target audience.
2. A "Suspension Notification Email" will be sent to
approximately 2700 target candidates the week of 4/14/08. We
have targeted candidates that have moved into certification
suspension status within the past year (March 2007-Feb.
2008) We are giving this group a 2 month extension to bring
their certification status current.
If you suspect that your contact information is not
up-to-date, we urge you to call the Director of
Certification at Society Headquarters and verify your
deadline:
